Whole sea salt, medium-fine grain, extracted from the millenary Salina di Cervia. It is harvested with the traditional method and boasts a slow and natural drying in the Romagna sun. To maximize its sapid content, this Italian salt is washed with high salinity water, without being processed by bleaching or treated with additives. It is called "Sale dei Papi" because over the years there was the tradition of sending this particular sweet salt from Cervia to the Papal Court in Rome. The raw appearance of the product is not a defect, but represents an intrinsic characteristic due to the craftsmanship and the absence of refining of the product. Store in a cool, dry and protected from light.
