Deep ruby Brunello made from 100% Sangiovese, aged 2 years in large oak casks and further bottle-aged before release. The nose opens with vibrant notes of blood orange, plum, and ripe cherry, followed by violet blossoms, subtle balsamic hints, menthol, clove, and vanilla. On the palate it’s full-bodied yet balanced, with soft savory tannins, fresh acidity, layers of dark fruit, tobacco, licorice, and spice, leading to a long, elegant finish with hints of citrus, vanilla, and dark chocolate. Pairs excellently with grilled or braised red meat, game, aged cheeses, or rich mushroom dishes. Serve at 16–18 °C.
