Ruby-colored dry red from Montepulciano DOC made with 85 % Prugnolo Gentile (Sangiovese) and 15 % Merlot. Aromas of ripe red fruits—cherry, raspberry, red currant—floral hints of violet and lilac, and a touch of balsamic. Medium-bodied palate with lively acidity, silky tannins, elegant earthy and mineral notes. The finish is fresh, slightly sweet, and echoes the aromatic profile. Excellent with meat-based pasta, poultry, grilled beef, and aged cheeses; serve at 16–18 °C.
