The package contains 1 x 60 g of a sachet of dry mix and a dose of topping.
What to add: Add 300 ml milk and 200 ml sour cream for 6 servings of 100 g each.
Preparation: Equipment required: spoon and small saucepan
- boil 300 ml of milk and 200 ml of cream.
- Add dry mixture from a bag and stir until the lumps disappear.
- Cook for 2 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Pour the mixture into a large mold or six small ones and cool.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 or 5 hours.
- Top with forest berries sauce before serving.
