70g jar of delicate Cyprus sea salt flakes. This type of salt is characterized by the typical pyramid shape and comes from the waters of the Mediterranean Sea. The black color is caused by the addition of activated carbon, which colors the grains which naturally appear white. The activated charcoal used is made by burning sweet-type wood barks (birch and linden, just to name a couple).
