Brezzo Ligurian Pesto is made with quality raw materials. This is the typical Ligurian condiment, obtained from a typical recipe of the Italian tradition: this sauce is made with basil, oil, cashews, Grana Padano, pecorino and garlic, minced with the crescent and blended together. Excellent for dressing traditional trofie and highly recommended together with egg pasta or Brezzo durum wheat pasta. Ingredients: Genoese basil DOP 35%, Extra virgin olive oil 30%, CASHEWS, Grana Padano cheese (MILK, rennet, salt, lysozyme: natural protein extracted from EGG), Pecorino, Whey, Garlic, PINE NUTS, Salt. Acidity corrector: citric acid. Store in a cool, dry and protected from light.
