It is a "professional" flour suitable to be used both for food preparations (in particular fresh pasta, gnocchi and confectionery preparations), and as a sprinkling (in baking and pasta making).
It can be used both alone and mixed with durum wheat semolina or strong flours.
The doughs obtained using soft wheat flour type 00 “Granito” are particularly light and homogeneous.
Granito type "00" soft wheat flour is:
Obtained by extraction from the grinding of selected grains;
Produced in the form of finely semolina granular flour, rather than impalpable;
Particularly light in color.
