An intense ruby dry red from Bolgheri DOC, crafted from hand-harvested Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah. The nose reveals ripe red berries, plum, sweet spice layers with subtle mint and licorice. On the palate it’s well-structured and full-bodied, with silky tannins, lively acidity; elegant, rich and long finish with mint and licorice accents. Ideal with grilled meats, sausages, spicy dishes and aged cheeses; serve at 16–18 °C.
