The single bag weighs about 300g and allows the preparation of 3/4 portions of risotto. The bag contains the necessary to cook an excellent truffle risotto in a few minutes with simplicity. The ready-made risotto mix is made with quality Italian Carnaroli rice, for a risotto that conquers. Just add cooking water and a knob of butter to whisk and you can enjoy the typical flavor of the Piedmont hills even at home. Excellent to be enjoyed with a great red wine from the Langhe. Ingredients: Italian Carnaroli rice, Italian truffle (Tuber aestivum 1%), Onion, Aroma. Store in a cool, dry and protected from light.
