An intense ruby‑purple Maremma Toscana DOC blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and a touch of Carménère. The nose offers dark berries (blackcurrant, blackberry), plum, vanilla, powdered sugar and spicy balsamic notes of tobacco and eucalyptus. On the palate it is full‑bodied and smooth, with velvety tannins and balanced structure. The long finish reveals cocoa and myrtle nuances. Perfect with hearty meat dishes, grilled beef, roasts and aged cheeses. Serve at 16–18 °C.
